Aditra Albright, LCPC
Drawing on almost 15 years of experience as a clinical therapist, I am shifting my area of practice to helping women live their best life. My belief is treatment should focus on developing safe and trusting relationships, creating an environment that allows women to be open, and providing the tools to help navigate through their struggles.
My area of expertise is the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Often, it can be helpful to sort through the past to make sense of the present and future. I am relatable with a down to earth style. I love to use humor as well as real life experiences to connect. Together, we can focus on practical ways to improve daily functioning to find a path to more peace and joy in life.
